Are the strollers/equipment cleaned and checked for damage before each rental?
Our City Mini, City Mini GT strollers have their fabrics removed and laundered using Simple Green D pro 5 after each rental or are hand cleaned with hot water, Simple Green D Pro 5 cleanser. We are the only stroller rental company in Anaheim to clean, disinfect for bacterial, viral, mold/mildew and Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA), Hepatitis B & C, Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 & Type 2, HIV-1 (AIDS virus), Human Coronavirus, Avian Influenza and many more. We also kill for bedbugs and lice. We have taken measures above and beyond our normal cleaning and added precautions on disinfecting frequently touched surfaces on our gear when retrieving.
What if I return the stroller or equipment really dirty?
We reserve the right to charge an additional $35.00 cleaning charge for equipment returned in an excessively dirty condition. Examples of where rental would be deemed excessively dirty would include (but are not limited to) where they are returned with stuck-on chewing gum, crayon markings, finger paint, glue, pen ink, dried ice cream or other food/drink, vomit, or urine and/or diaper blowouts.
How do I get my stroller/equipment for Good Neighbor Hotels? Non-Disney Property Hotels
Your stroller will be delivered to the bell/guest services desk of the resort or hotel you list in the delivery section of the order form. Once you have checked in, simply go to the bell services desk and claim it (they usually keep them in a luggage storage room). You DO NOT need to be present for the delivery of the stroller to your resort or hotel. Please do not store your stroller overnight with the bell stands or luggage rooms. They have limited space and staff. Once you have taken possession of your stroller, please keep it with you. If you have a special request for a delivery time, please email so we can work out the details. We will accommodate any request to the best of our ability.
Strollers and cribs should be returned to the same location where the delivery was made or to the agreed-upon location in your reservation. Most often this is the bell stand or front desk of your resort. If you are unsure as to where to return the item, please call us and ask :) DO NOT leave rental items in the room upon check-out. The amount of effort and time to recover items left in rooms is tremendous and will incur a $25 recovery fee. It is your responsibility to ensure that the rental item is returned to the correct pickup location.
WHERE/HOW DO I GET MY STROLLER/EQUIPMENT FOR THE DISNEY PROPERTY HOTELS?
Disney Hotels will no longer hold rental items for guests staying at the resort. All deliveries and pickups will need to be made face to face with a representative of the company. City Strollers or Ears To You Delivery will meet with you face to face at a designated time and place for your delivery and return pick up.

It's extremely important that during the reservation process you choose a time in which you will be able to meet with us for both delivery and the return pick up. You will receive delivery and return location information via email after your order is placed.
The following guidelines will go into effect on December 1, 2019, and will apply to all non featured mobility vendors (collectively “Vendors”). Vendors who do not abide by these guidelines will not be permitted to make deliveries at the Disneyland® Resort.
• Disneyland® Resort will not store Vendor provided equipment or facilitate the delivery or pickup of such equipment.
• Disneyland® Resort requires Vendors to meet with Hotel Guests in person to exchange equipment.
• Vendors should utilize appropriate parking for each Hotel and meet Guests in the designated location to drop off/pick-up equipment:
• Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa – Utilize the Hotel self-parking lot and meet Guests in the breezeway between the Eureka Fitness Center and the taxi lane. 30 minutes of parking for unloading/loading will be allowed.
• Disneyland® Hotel – Utilize the Hotel self-parking lot and meet Guests near the fountains by the front-drive/porte-cochere. 30 minutes of parking for unloading/loading will be allowed.
• Disney’s Paradise Pier® Hotel – Pull into the front-drive/porte-cochere and meet Guests in the designated loading area to the left (south) of the Hotel front doors. 15 minutes for unloading/loading will be allowed.
• Equipment provided by a Vendor or Guest that is left unattended at the Hotel will be placed in storage. The Vendor will be charged a $45 per day storage and handling fee for each piece of unattended equipment. Disney will have no liability or risk of loss for any unattended equipment.?
How do I return my stroller/equipment?
Strollers and equipment are due back to the Front Lobby or bell services desk of your pick up location no later than 10 AM indicated in your confirmation email on the day of check-out. Please note if pick up is scheduled for a morning return, pick up may occur from 7 am to 10 am, depending on the location, additional area pick ups and driver availability)
Can I leave the stroller with the bell stand at night when not using it?
We ask that you maintain possession of the stroller when not in use. It is a courtesy of the hotels to allow us to deliver and return the rental items to their bell stands. Please do not store your stroller with the bell stand, they should remain in a secure location ( hotel room, locked vehicle). Strollers found at the bell stands will be considered abandoned or returned early and will be picked up.
What if my drop-off and pick-up locations are not the same?
When ordering, you will be given the options of where you would like delivery and drop off to take place. Most likely, these will be at a resort or hotel. If pick up is at a private residence, please indicate a time that you will be present at the residence.
Do you deliver to private homes?
There are a few rental subdivisions in the area that we serve. If they have a central clubhouse with convenient operating hours, we list these subdivisions on our site as a delivery location. You must be present otherwise for delivery and pick-up. Meet and Greet fees apply.
What if my resort is not on your delivery list?
We deliver to most resorts in the Anaheim Disneyland Resort area. We try to use the official name of each resort. All Disney resorts are listed under "D." If you don't see your resort listed, contact us and we'll confirm whether we serve that resort.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to MOST Disneyland Resort area hotels and resorts for FREE. A good rule of thumb is 3-4 miles around Disney all of these are within our delivery area. If your stay is outside of our Disneyland Resort delivery area, the delivery may still be possible for a minimum one time $15 delivery fee (please check delivery fee schedule before placing an order if your requested delivery location is greater than 5 miles from Disney).
The following locations will NOT hold rental items of any kind for guests, therefore sadly we are unable to just deliver and drop off to these resorts, you must be PRESENT - HOTEL WILL NOT HOLD ON GUESTS BEHALF:

What if I need my stroller before your 9:00 am to 11:00 delivery time?
If it is essential that you have your stroller early in the morning (before 7AM), please consider having it delivered the evening before as long as the property is willing to hold on your behalf. Strollers are delivered to the Front Desk or Bell Desk of most hotels and/or resorts.
DELIVERY TIMES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Normal delivery window is 9 AM to 11 AM. Hotels/Resorts that are 3 miles beyond the Disneyland Resort area are NOT eligible due to rush hour traffic conditions.
If you reserve your City Stroller Rental AFTER 12:00PM PST the DAY BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, the delivery time will be by 10AM as long as we have good inventory and driver availability.
If you reserve your City Stroller Rental AFTER 5:00PM PST the DAY BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, the delivery time will be by 12NOON as long as we have good inventory and driver availability.
If you reserve your City Stroller Rental AFTER 7:00AM PST and you would like SAME-DAY DELIVERY we will deliver as soon as possible, but may likely be later that afternoon or evening. Exceptions to these terms may be unlikely or impossible, so be sure to adhere to the times listed.
What if I need my stroller past the 10:00 AM drop off time?
We need plenty of time to our pick strollers up, clean and sanitize them for the next family so it is important that your stroller be back at bell services, front desk at your pick up resort no later than 10:00 AM. If you need it after this time, you should reserve your stroller for an extra day. We reserve the right to charge you for additional day and a return trip fee if the stroller is not returned BEFORE 11:00AM.
What time do you drop off the strollers? When do I need to return the stroller?
Your stroller or crib will be waiting for you at your drop off location at the time that you choose when you place your order. If the stroller or crib is being delivered to a private residence, please select a time for delivery AFTER you have arrived. (9AM or 4PM)

What happens if our plans change?
Please contact us via email to notify us of any changes regarding your stroller rental ( check-in/out dates, resort location, etc ) and we will do our best to accommodate your request (Most deliveries schedules are made @ 48 hours before the rental begins so last-minute delivery changes may not be possible if less than 24hrs notice is given ).
What should I do if I need to extend my stroller rental?
If you would like to extend the length of your stroller or crib rental, simply email us to let us know your new check out date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request (Rentals will be charged $10 a day beyond the original rental agreement)
Do you have a stroller for kids with special needs?
We are open to some options that you may have but remember this is used in a commercial environment and may not fair well after 6 months.
Do you offer cooler bags for the strollers?
We NO LONGER offer free cooler bag attachments for the strollers.
Do you offer parent consoles (drink holders)?
Yes, all strollers are equipped with a parent console for you to use during your rental.
Do you offer rain covers?
We NO LONGER offer rain covers for the strollers. During inclement weather, it is City Stroller Rentals' sole discretion to supply any covers to borrow during your rental period.
What brand of water do you carry and how many bottles are in a case?
We are proud to carry Aquafina by Pepsi and Dasani by Coca-Cola and/or Arrowhead Spring Water. There are 24, half-liter bottles per case.
How much do City Strollers weigh?

What should I do if I need to extend my stroller rental?

We will make every effort to accommodate your request (Rentals will be charged $10 a day beyond the original rental agreement). We need a minimum of 24 hours notice - your unit may be already booked for another family to enjoy.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be charged 50% the total amount at the time your order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. If your first rental day is more than 30 days out, a payment request will be emailed around the 30 day mark for PayPal transactions. For reservations made 60 days or more prior to guest arrival, a deposit of 50% per reservation is due at the time of booking or the reservation is not confirmed.
Payment in full is due to City Stroller Rentals, @ 30 days prior to guest arrival. For reservations 60 days or less prior to guest arrival, payment in full is due to City Stroller Rentals at time the reservation is made and current card on file will be charged for reservations with deposits.
PayPal E-Check is not accepted and orders will be cancelled if an e-check is the selected method of payment. Only Credit and Debit cards are accepted at this time.
Is the stroller marked so that I can identify it?
Your stroller will have a Bright Blue (during Holidays - it will be Orange or Green) placard attached to the bottom bar in the rear by the storage basket with your family name to help you identify it. If you prefer no identification, just take out the card and turn it around, but once again this ensures that you have the correct stroller that has been rented to you.
Can I switch from one type of stroller to another during my rental?
If you have rented a single stroller and decide you would rather have a double stroller or have rented a double stroller and decide you would rather have a single, you can modify your reservation at any time BEFORE you arrive subject to availability. If your stroller has already been delivered, this change CANNOT be made by editing your reservation to change the stroller type. The original reservation will have to be edited to shorten it and a NEW reservation must be made for the desired stroller type. We will have to pick up the original stroller and it will have to be cleaned for the next family. We can not just swap one type of stroller for another.
What happens if my child gets sick or has an accident in the stroller?
Accidents happen and we are more than happy to replace your stroller if your child has an accident or gets sick in the stroller or crib. Due to the extra cleaning procedures needed to return the item to normal use, a $35 fee will be charged to exchange an item.
What can I do to lessen the chances of it getting lost or stolen?
Always park the stroller in an approved parking area. Lock the brake on the stroller when not in use. Make sure the name tag on the bottom is not obscured and is clearly visible. Do not leave valuables in the stroller when you are not with it (purses, wallets, etc...). Please do not remove a wheel from a stroller. This will put undue stress on the brake assembly and may cause cracking or breakage of the brake assembly.
What happens if my stroller is lost or stolen?
If you cannot find your stroller, contact any park employee./cast member who may be able to assist you. Most strollers are moved around to create an organized space in parking areas. If you cannot find it with the assistance of a park employee, contact guest services. They may direct you to lost and found. If guest services cannot locate it, fill out a lost item report and contact us immediately. We will do our best to replace your stroller with a back up unit. If you believe your stroller was stolen, contact park security. You will be responsible for the cost of replacement for any lost or stolen stroller - Fair market value price. We will not replace a stroller until a report is filed with security. We will also not replace a stroller if you leave the equipment unattended for an abnormal amount of time (over 3 hours) or overnight.
How much is the Optional Damage Insurance and what does it cover?
Optional damage ($12.50 for the entire rental period) Insurance coverage of up to $150.00 for damages and replacement. Optional insurance does not cover exceeded manufacturer's restrictions. (excessive weight/load, popping curbs and not using ramps, child/adult sitting on stroller handlebars or footwells) The remaining value of damages or replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the credit card on file unless a replacement credit card is otherwise specified and supplied immediately by the customer. If no insurance is retained at the time of confirmation and a repair is required, the equipment will be assessed and a repair value will be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise specified and supplied immediately by the customer. If no insurance is retained at the time of confirmation and replacement of the equipment is required, the value of the equipment will be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise specified and supplied immediately by the customer. THE MINIMUM ORDER TO ADD INSURANCE IS $25.00
Airport Meet and Greet ~ JOHN WAYNE and LONG BEACH AIRPORTS
We meet 30 to 45 minutes after you land at the Car Rental Counter and for pick-up we meet 2 hours prior to your flight departure. Mandatory Flight information is needed. Please see the following fees and/or minimum requirements: SNA $75.00 Minimum LGB $100.00 Minimum Order
LAX - $175.00 Minimum and is taken on a case by case basis due to our delivery requirements in the Disneyland Resort Area.
2 WEEKS MINIMUM NOTICE DURING PEAK SEASONS FOR AIRPORT MEET AND GREETS
Renting a car at the Airport? While we are happy to provide equipment via Airport Meet & Greet, due to continued loss/theft, we no longer will permit our equipment to be left in the care of car rental companies. We are happy to arrange to meet you at the car rental counter or terminal to deliver and pick up car seats and equipment, needed during your stay in California. Clients must notify CSR if their schedule changes, so we can arrange to meet you. We will allow a 20 minute grace period from the agreed upon delivery/pick up time. There will be a $5 fee assessed for every 5 minutes we are waiting up to 30 minutes beyond the 20 minute grace period. Deliveries will be rescheduled after the maximum 50 minute waiting period and may be assessed an additional delivery fee. Any client leaving CSR's gear in rental cars will automatically incur an additional 1-week rental fee to cover the cost of equipment recovery efforts. Any equipment that cannot be retrieved, will be considered lost and renter will be charged for full replacement value of the equipment in addition to all rental costs.
How do you keep track of any recalls on your equipment?
All of our products are registered with the manufacturer in order to be kept notified of all equipment recalls. We also check regularly on the Juvenile Product Manufacturer's Association (JPMA) for more information. You may visit this link: http://www.jpma.org/
We also have a NHTSA Safety Technician check all of our inventory on a regular basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
Notice in writing is required. A full refund will be given to all cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to your rental date delivery time. All cancellations made within the 72 hours window will be charged the minimum rental fee of $20 for a single stroller and $30 for a double stroller. Please contact us as soon as possible should you need to cancel your stroller rental. Refunds for reservations made greater than 120 days prior from the date of the cancellation request will require additional credit card information to process a credit. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for us process and possibly up to 2 billing cycles for your credit card statement to reflect.

We work with some of the best travel agents in the country. If you are a travel agent, please call or email us and we can discuss how to offer our creative service to your clients. We offer a referral program available to all travel agents.
